György Kobelrausch

György graduated from the Technical University of Budapest, and then he attended various commercial and management courses in Hungary and in the UK. He received coaching diploma from Dr. Kollár Coaching Institute, member of IACM. (International Association of Coaching and Mediation)

After graduation György worked for multinational companies in various sales positions. He gained marketing experience at Langnese-Iglo GmbH in Hamburg. Being Board Member of Unilever Hungary for 4 years, György had the chance to learn how multinational companies operate and make decisions.

In 2005 he changed my career path and he has been working as executive search consultant since then. He successfully managed search-selection projects for Hungarian and multinational companies as well. He worked on C-level, mid management and specialist positions. Most of these projects covered the field of FMCG, market research, finance, machinery and automotive parts production. György speak English and German fluently.

As Certified Innermetrix Consultant he gained several years’ experience in assessing behaviour, motivation and competences of people.
